The PTA is a national organization that unites parents, teachers, and community members in promoting the welfare of children and youth in home, school, and community. We aim to help parents and teachers cooperate in the education of youth, and provide advocacy at the state and national levels. Locally, the Lenz Elementary PTA resolves to create programs that benefit the students as well as bringing together the community of parents, teachers, and school staff. Membership is open to anyone who believes in and supports the mission and purposes of National PTA. The Lenz PTA runs many community-focused events throughout the school year.
